拉夫罗夫：俄美准备举行新一轮会谈
俄罗斯外交部长拉夫罗夫说，俄罗斯和美国正在准备新一轮会谈，以消除双边关系中的“刺激因素”，并实现接触正常化。
俄罗斯媒体报道，拉夫罗夫星期二（4月1日）向媒体表示，经两国领导人同意，俄美双方正在就消除干扰两国使馆工作的“刺激因素”开展工作。
拉夫罗夫说，继俄美2月在土耳其伊斯坦布尔举行首轮会谈后，目前双方正在筹备第二轮会谈，在通过电话和视频会议进行接触，目前看到一些进展。
俄罗斯和美国代表团2月27日在伊斯坦布尔完成就双边关系举行的首轮会谈。据悉，双方在会谈中讨论使馆运作问题，涉及人员配置和签证等。

Using a volatile asset in exchange for goods and services makes little sense if the asset can tumble 10% in a day, or surge 80% over the course of a two months as bitcoin has done in 2021, critics argue. To put a finer point on it, over the past 12 months bitcoin has registered 8 corrections, defined as a decline from a recent peak of at least 10% but not more than 20%, and two bear markets, which are defined as falls of 20% or more, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
